WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

RETURN POLICY. There are no refunds on perishable items once the product is received by the customer. If there is a discrepancy with a particular product, please notify us and you will be assisted with receiving a replacement product.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY?

Due to baked items being customized for your event or celebration, please be aware that we are unable to cancel orders with less than 7 days' notice. In some, but not all cases, it may be possible for us to offer full or partial store credit for a future purchase in the event of a cancellation. The amount of potential store credit depends on how much work has already been done on the canceled order.
